GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All sales of firearms and serialized items from Olsen Firearms are FINAL and returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

By ordering a firearm or serialized item, you certify that you are the actual transferee/buyer of the item and are of legal age. (You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun/NFA firearm per ATF/NFA rules. Please check your local laws to confirm rules prior to purchasing a firearm.)

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. By purchasing a firearm, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm, you will work directly with the manufacturer for replacement or repair per their warranty policy. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all firearms, accessories and special order items.

We do not accept C&R licenses.

FFL DEALER VERIFICATION

It is the responsibility of you, our customer, to validate that your selected FFL is in business, will perform the required background check, and will legally transfer the firearm to you. A restocking fee $75.00 per order and applicable shipping costs will be charged to you for all orders refused or not accepted by the transferring dealer and returned to Olsen Firearms for ANY reason.

NFA SALES

Please note all NFA purchases are non-refundable. Once a sale is initiated, Olsen Firearms will file the required paperwork on your behalf (ATF Form 3/out of state and ATF Form 4/in state). It is your responsibility to provide Olsen Firearms with the necessary documents to begin this process. For any questions about this process, please contact Olsen Firearms.

PRE-OWNED FIREARMS / TRANSFERABLE MACHINE GUNS 

Olsen Firearms provides all descriptions for pre-owned items. All descriptions for pre-owned items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on pre-owned items are final.

Please inspect all provided high definition photos as we have covered all surfaces of each firearm in order to show any imperfections. We will be happy to provide additional area-specific photos or details upon request.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

Ammunition purchases are final and non-returnable. By making an ammunition purchase, you certify that you are 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.

All ammunition will be shipped ground with signature of an adult age 21 or over required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations BEFORE placing your order. Please note we cannot ship ammunition overnight.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

BEFORE committing to purchasing a product through Olsen Firearms, it is your responsibility to fully understand the laws in your area in regards to that product. Please contact your local FFL dealer for more details within your state.

New products are guaranteed to be free of defects and include a full manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. Pre-owned items are guaranteed to be as advertised. We do ask that you immediately check your merchandise upon arrival, confirming all UPC and MFG numbers.

If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact your mail carrier directly to initiate the claims process.

REFUND POLICY

All sales of firearms, ammunition, gun powders, primers, optics, sights, illumination devices, night vision equipment, eye or ear protection, special orders and NFA items (suppressors and/or SBRs) are final and cannot be returned. Un-serialized merchandise purchased from Olsen Firearms may be returned within 15 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund at the discretion of Olsen Firearms.
